If you only want extract DTS audio from DVD and convert to AC3, please select Common Audio→AC3 Audio (*.ac3). If you want to convert DVD with DTS audio to DVD with AC3, still save the video, please select VCD/DVD/SVCD→DVD (*.vob). Then please set output path you want to keep converted AC3 files or DVD AC3 files.
Tip: If you would prefer to combine multiple DVD with DTS files as only one AC3 or DVD with AC3 file, please check “Merge into one file” to do it.
Step3: Advanced settings and set 5.1 channels.
After you select output format AC3 (*.ac3) or DVD (*.vob). Please click on “Settings” button, the following window will pop up; you can select audio codec (AC3) and channels (5.1). Then click “OK” to save.
